How the count works

The count has 32 places: the 31 states of Mexico and Mexico City.

Mexico City is not a state, but it is a part of the country with its own government. It counts as one of the 32.

A state where you lived counts as visited. A state that you want to visit does not count as visited.

Mexico City is a small dot on the map. Tap the dot, or find the city with the search box.

The list under the map has five groups: the Northwest, the Northeast, the Center, the West and the South.

The map data is from Natural Earth. It is in the public domain. The page draws the map itself. It loads no map from another site.
